Bogor – Presiden Joko Widodo (Jokowi) menegaskan tidak ada ruang bagi pihak mana pun di pemerintahan untuk bermain-main dengan Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Negara (APBN).
Presiden Jokowi menginstruksikan seluruh jajaran pemerintah pengguna APBN bersikap terbuka untuk memudahkan audit Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan (BPK).
“BPK itu mitra kita untuk memastikan tata kelola pemerintahan yang baik,” kata Presiden Jokowi di Istana Kepresidenan Bogor, Jawa Barat, Selasa (5/12).
Presiden Jokowi meyakini BPK dapat menjaga independensi dan profesionalitas institusi itu selama melakukan pemeriksaan.
“Niat dan kerja sama yang baik antara pemerintah pusat dan BPK sangat diperlukan. Saya percaya kalau itu dilakukan kepercayaan rakyat akan terus kita peroleh bersama,” ujarnya.
Ia menyatakan, dalam waktu dekat akan menerbitkan Peraturan Presiden (Perpres) yang akan mengatur tentang penggunaan teknologi informasi pada sistem e-planning dan e-budgeting dari hulu hingga ke hilir. Hal itu diterapkan untuk memberikan kepastian kepada pejabat pemerintah pengguna APBN.
“Kita tidak perlu merasa ragu, aturannya nanti menjadi semakin jelas. Kalau sistem ini berjalan, saya meyakini semuanya menjadi transparan, mudah dipertanggungjawabkan, tidak ada ruang untuk bermain-main dengan APBN,” kata Presiden Jokowi.
