Acara yang dilaksanakan di Ruang Serba guna lantai dasar Gedung Balaikota itu di hadiri oleh Plt Kepala Perwakilan Provinsi DKI Jakarta R.Aryo Seto Bomantari,didampingi oleh Kasubaud DKI 1 Hadiyati Munawaroh dan para Tim Pemeriksa.
Acara dibuka oleh Wakil Gubernur DKI Jakarta Sandiaga Uno, dihadiri oleh Kepala Badan Pengelola Keuangan Daerah (BPKD) DKI Jakarta, Michael Rolandi C Brata, Kepala Inspektorat Zainal serta pimpinan maupun perwakilan dari Satuan Kerja Perangkat Daerah (SKPD) dan Unit Kerja Perangkat Daerah (UKPD).
Dalam sambutannya Plt Kepala Perwakilan R.Aryo Seto Bomantari mengatakan bahwa Pelaksanaan pemeriksaan telah berjalan sesuai dengan jadwal pemeriksaan, yaitu menginjak tahap penyampaian konsep temuan pemeriksaan, pembahasan temuan dan pemerolehan tanggapan dari entitas yang diperiksa, serta pembahasan Jurnal Koreksi.
