Jakarta – Pemprov DKI Jakarta sedang berupaya menginventarisasi sejumlah aset demi opini wajar tanpa pengecualian (WTP) dari Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan (BPK). Dalam mengejar opini WTP, Pemprov DKI Jakarta didampingi oleh perwakilan dari Badan Pengawasan Keuangan dan Pembangunan (BPKP).
“Alhamdulillah sekarang (Pemprov DKI Jakarta) mendapat pendampingan dari kepala kantor perwakilan BPKP, Pak Bambang utoyo untuk memastikan proses (inventarisasi aset) ini kami di-guide,” kata Wakil Gubernur DKI Jakarta Sandiaga Uno, di Balai Kota, Jl Medan Merdeka Selatan, Gambir, Jakarta Pusat, Senin (18/12/2017).
Kata Sandiaga, mulai 31 Desember 2017 sampai pertengahan Februari 2018 nanti merupakan masa krusial. Sebab, segala hal soal pencatatan aset harus selesai.
“Masih topiknya aset, bagaimana aset ini kita bisa kawal prosesnya. Mulai dari 31 Desember 2017 sampai pertengahan 2018 bulan Februari kami selesaikan untuk mulai diperiksa oleh inspektorat. Jadi prosesnya kami akan kawal terus, 6 minggu awal tahun itu akan jadi sangat krusial buat kami,” papar Sandiaga.
Sementara itu, menurut Kepala Badan Pengelolaan Aset Daerah (BPAD) DKI Jakarta Achmad Firdaus sejumlah aset yang disoroti BPK nilainya sebesar Rp 421 triliun. Dari nominal itu, sebagian besar sudah ditindaklanjuti.
“Kalau sampai saat ini kan 98,9 persen. Jadi penginputan (aset) itu, dari dana Rp 421 triliun hanya tinggal Rp 4 triliun pak yang (kepemilikannya) masih divalidasi sama SKPD-SKPD. Jadi setiap hari kami progress terus dan ini posisi terakhir 98 persen, hampir 99 persen lah pak,” jelas Firdaus
Laporan keuangan Pemprov DKI Jakarta dalam 5 tahun terakhir selalu mendapat opini wajar dengan pengecualian (WDP) dari BPK. Salah satu penyebabnya yakni soal pencatatan aset.
BPK menilai ada beberapa peralihan aset yang dinyatakan tak sesuai aturan. Sejumlah aset dimaksud, pengadaan lahan RS Sumber Waras dan lahan di Cengkareng.
