The International Organisation of Supreme Audit Institutions (INTOSAI)

The International Organization of Supreme Audit Institutions (INTOSAI) is the professional organization of Supreme Audit Institutions (SAIs) in countries that belong to the United Nations or its specialized agencies. SAIs play a major role in auditing government accounts and operations, and in promoting sound financial management and accountability in their governments.

INTOSAI supports its members in this task by providing opportunities to share information and experiences about the auditing and evaluation challenges facing them in today’s changing and increasingly interdependent world.

Asian Organization of Supreme Audit Institutions (ASOSAI)

ASOSAI(Asian Organization of Supreme Audit Institutions) is one of the Regional Groups of the International Organization of Supreme Audit Institutions(INTOSAI). Other Regional Groups are AFROSAI, ARABOSAI, CAROSAI, EUROSAI, OLACEFS and PASAI.

ASOSAI was established in 1979 with 11 members. The Membership of the ASOSAI consists of Charter Members, Members and Associate Members. Now membership has grown to 45 SAIs.

In May 1979 the first Assembly and Governing Board meeting were held in New Delhi, India. At the Assembly, the Rules and Regulations of ASOSAI was approved.

Intosai Development Initiative (IDI)

The IDI is a non-profit organisation that acts as the capacity building secretariat of the International Organisation of Supreme Audit Institutions, INTOSAI, which today comprises 189 Supreme Audit Institutions (SAIs).

The IDI works to enhance the institutional capacity of SAIs in developing countries through needs-based, collaborative and sustainable development programmes in INTOSAI regions and groups of SAIs to meet the emerging and existing needs of our stakeholders. The IDI regards that enhancing the capacities of SAI staff through training, knowledge sharing and capacity building is a fundamental and necessary ingredient for the attainment of increased transparency and greater accountability, which are globally accepted as vital to the achievement of good

ASEANSAI

ASEAN Supreme Audit Institutions (ASEANSAI)

ASEAN Supreme audit Institutions (ASEANSAI) is the organization of ten Supreme Audit Institutions (SAIs) of the member states of ASEAN. ASEANSAI is expected to encourage and promote good governance within the ASEAN region.

hus, ASEANSAI will focus on capacity development for SAIs of ASEAN member states and technical cooperations dealing with important and common audit issues in the ASEAN region.

ASEANSAI was established in November 16, 2011 in Bali, Indonesia, with ten members of SAI from ten member states of ASEAN

MULTILATERAL
Hubungan Multilateral

BPK melakukan kerjasama dengan berbagai lembaga donor untuk peningkatan kemampuan dan kapasitas BPK. Sampai tahun 2012 sudah delapan lembaga donor yang bekerjasama dengan BPK. Kerjasama ini tidak hanya dalam peningkatan kapasitas dan kemampuan BPK saja, tetapi juga diharapkan peranannya dalam melakukan tugas pemeriksaan atas proyek-proyek lembaga donor yang ada di Indonesia. Peranan ini tidak terlepas dari tugas dan mandat BPK dalam melakukan pemeriksaan atas keuangan negara.

BILATERAL
Hubungan Bilateral

Sampai dengan 2012, BPK telah menandatangani kerjasama bilateral dengan 14 SAI negara lain. Empat belas SAI tersebut tersebar tidak hanya di Asia, namun juga di Australia, Eropa bahkan Afrika. Tujuan diadakannya kerjasama bilateral antara BPK dengan SAI negara lain adalah untuk saling berbagi ilmu sehubungan dengan metode audit maupun dalam pelaksanaan audit, dan juga dalam hal peningkatan kapasitas dan kemampuan SDM masing-masing lembaga.
