Jakarta – Ketua DPRD DKI, Prasetio Edi Marsudi menegaskan apabila pemasangan lift di rumah dinas gubernur DKI dilakukan dengan memakai APBD DKI 2018, maka DPRD DKI akan melaporkan hal tersebut kepada Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan (BPK).
“Kalau dia sebut pakai APBD, kita kasih lihat BPK. Biarkan BPK yang melihat itu kesalahan atau tidak,” kata Prasetio di DPRD DKI, Jakarta, Rabu (24/1).
Menurutnya, selama pembahasan anggaran tahun 2018, tidak ada, alokasi anggaran untuk lift rumah dinas gubernur. Oleh karena itu, Prasetio mengaku heran ada alokasi anggaran tersebut dan sudah masuk dalam sistem informasi rencana umum pengadaan (SIRUP) di situs Lembaga Kebijakan Pengadaan Barang/Jasa Pemerintah (LKPP). Anggaran pemasangan liftsebesar Rp 750 juta.
Namun, Prasetio mengaku tetap berpikiran positif, yakni pembangunan lift di rumah dinas gubernur menggunakan anggaran operasional gubernur.
“Kalau dia memakai anggaran operasionalnya, ya enggak salah,” ujarnya.
Kendati demikian, ia merasa heran adanya rencana pembangunan lift di rumah dinas gubernur yang hanya berlantai dua, sementara rumah dinas ketua DPRD DKI di Jalan Diponegoro, Menteng, Jakarta Pusat, sudah banyak yang bocor, tetapi belum ada anggaran perbaikan.
“Tidak hanya itu, baru minta jaringan saja untuk rumas dinas saya, teman-temann media sudah ribut. Karena saya pikir mampu, saya perbaiki sendiri. Itu menjadi tanggung jawab saya sendiri,” tuturnya.
Apabila pengadaan lift itu tetap dieksekusi eksekutif, maka DPRD DKI akan menanyakan langsung ke gubernur DKI mengenai sumber pendanaannya.
“Akan kita pertanyakan. Ini jadi masukan juga. Akan saya tanyakan dalam rapat Badan Anggaran,” tegasnya.
