Jakarta – Aset senilai Rp 10 triliun milik Pemprov DKI Jakarta dinyatakan oleh Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan (BPK) tak jelas asal-muasalnya. Masalah itu menjadi salah satu indikator pemberian opini Wajar Dengan Pengecualian (WDP) untuk laporan keuangan Pemprov DKI 2016.
Wakil Gubernur DKI Jakarta Sandiaga Uno mengatakan aset-aset yang dimaksud BPK di antaranya fasilitas sosial dan umum. Dia pun berharap ada pertemuan khusus dengan BPK untuk membicarakan masalah tersebut.
“Itu aset-aset yang berkaitan dengan SIPPT Surat Izin Penerbitan Penggunaan Tanah (SIPPT) dan fasos dan fasum. Kemarin kita sisir satu-satu dan perlu ada duduk bersama BPK untuk menyamakan persepsi apa yang dimaksud dengan Rp 10 triliun itu,” papar Sandiaga, di Balai Kota, Jl Medan Merdeka Selatan, Jakarta Pusat, Selasa (28/11/2017).
Kata Sandiaga, saat ini internal Pemprov DKI Jakarta tengah menindaklanjuti seluruh temuan BPK. Target dia Pemprov DKI harus mendapatkan opini Wajar Tanpa Pengecualian (WTP) dari BPK untuk laporan keuangan 2017.
“Ini yang kita akan nanti pastikan ada sesi khusus dengan teman-teman BPK. Karena ini kan kita setiap minggu (ada rapat) WTP kan,” ujar Sandiaga.
Ada beberapa aset Pemprov DKI Jakarta yang tak masuk dalam APBD, salah satunya Ruang Publik Terpadu Ramah Anak (RPTRA) yang dibiayai melalui CSR. Selain itu aset yang berasal dari kontribusi tambahan pengembang reklamasi seperti Rusun Daan Mogot juga tak masuk dalam APBD.
